4.Detailed predictions on the fluid flow in mold and in cavity of nozzle working end were obtained at different side-hole angle and submerged depth of nozzles, and then the flux variation of liquid steel passing through central hole of the three-hole nozzle and the fluctuation of liquid steel in mold were inspected based on above predictions.
10.The line pressure at injector side and nozzle needle lift were measured to evaluate the injection process of different mixing ratios of a bio-diesel.The measured results show that the peak pressure is higher,the injection delay and duration exhibit a slightly longer,which made a higher fuel-injection per-cylinder cycle,at the same fuel delivery advance angle,engine speed and load,when the bio-diesel ratio increases.
