6.Methods Image analysis of AgNOR i n tissue microarray sections from biopsies of 20 breast ADH and 20 breast DCIS w as by the application of tissue microarray technology. Four parameters were acqu ire d,including the number of AgNORs per nucleus,total area of AgNORs,mean area o f a single AgNOR and the ratio AgNOR sum area/nuclear area.
