obligation fees
1.To assume jointly and solidarity with me any financial or civil liability or obligation that may arise in connection with the recruitment and / or employment of workers for me by virtue of any judgement or awards to such workers, subject to full indemnification and reimbursement by me in for whatever amount it may be forced or obliged to pay in my behalf, including attorney‘s fees and litigation expenses.
