1.8 In order to scientifically and objectively evaluate the environmental state of red tides monitoring and controlling zones, and release the results to the society by FJTV and other news media, Fujian Provincial Oceanic &Fishery Administration took the lead in shaping and putting Province> in 2003, which regulated the environmental assessment methods for the red tides monitoring and controlling zones, and made good achievements.
2.The organizations and disciplines are: key laboratories in nation, Chinese Acaidemy of Sciences and province levels, including Chinese Acaidemy of Sciences Tropic Ocean Environmental Dynamics Key Laboratory, Guangdong Oceanic Pharmaceutical Key laboratory, Physics Ocean Laboratory, Oceanic Environment and Ecology Laboratory, Applied Marine Organism Laboratory, Ocean Engineering Center and Product Development Center, etc.
4.The southern Dabie collisional complex from the Jiangling area, eastern Dabie Mountains, Anhui Province comprises eclogites, mica schists leptynites and gneisses. These three rock series show different metamorphic evolutional stages and P T paths: the eclogites have 5 metamorphic stages where the early stages belong to ultra high and high pressure type and the late stage to medium pressure type, and were probably related to the subduction of a palaeo oceanic crust;
5.The main contents include: water environment, marine sediment and the trend monitoring of marine life quality; at the same time, to consolidate the monitoring of the functional zones, such as seashore bathing places, oceanic reserves, marine aquafarms; to set up the seashell monitoring and controlling zones in the sea areas of both Pingtan and Yunxiao at the first time; to carry out the statistical monitoring of polder, exploiting sea sand, Spartin aallerni flora, terrestrial sewages, etc., to carry out monitoring of the total quantity of pollutants into the offshore marine areas in the Min River, the Jiulong River as well as the municipal sewages of Xinlin industry in Xiamen and Jiaocheng in Ningde; to carry out the red tide monitoring in the offshore marine areas of Fujian Province; to implement time-lapse, pointing and continuous red tide monitoring of high frequency and high intensity in the Sandu Gulf, the Min River Estuary and offshore marine areas of Xiamen.
