1.The promotion of Olympics-related travel packages shall be made part of our representative offices.
2.The policies on the cultural economy will be further improved, and the investments in the development of the Olympics-related cultural environment will be increased.
3.The design and development of Olympics-related products shall be strengthened and various cultural performances and entertainment events shall be organized both prior to and after the 2008 Olympics to meet the needs of both athletes and tourists.
4.Under the leadership of the Party’s Beijing Committee, the Beijing municipal government and the State General Administration of Sports, a coordinating committee has been set up for the development of the Olympics-related cultural environment. This committee will establish a number of coordinating teams and offices in cooperation with the BOGOG, the Municipal Information Department, and the Municipal Planning Commission. Together, these coordinating teams and offices will be charged with the organization of the necessary activities and the accomplishment of the missions prescribed in the Culture Environment Development Plan.
5.The imagery objective of "Digital Olympics" is: by and large ensuring that anybody at any time and in any place related to the Olympics can enjoy in a secure, convenient, swift and efficient manner the information service that is affordable, diversified, multi-linguistically intellectualized and individualized.
7.Establishment and implementation of the Olympic S&T Construction Plan is related to sports, traffic, communications, environment protection and others. This is a complex system project, we should intensify the work of Joining a complete set of the Olympics S&T construction Plan and the other plans for specific projects of the Olympics.
8.In accordance with requirements for successfully hosting the Olympics, proper readjustment concerning “Tenth 5-Year” Programme for Beijing’s informatization must be made, building “Digital Beijing” sped up, priority given to the construction of Beijing’s informatization in the key fields and sectors such as comprehensive sector (E-government, and broad band and network connecting project), resource and environment, planning and construction and people’s economy all closely related to the Olympics so as to create powerful back-up environment for “Digital Olympics”.
10.During the Period of the Olympic Games, General Administration of Quality Supervision and Inspection will authorize entry-exit inspection and quarantine institutions belong to the area where Olympics games are held to manage the declaration files from BOCOG in their popedom，handle examination and approval formalities, and instruct the related entry-exit inspection and quarantine institutions to establish offices for inspection and quarantine of Olympic goods, dispatch professional stuff to handle the acceptance of application plus examination and verification exclusively on designated location.
