orange II
.HPLC method for the determination of Inedible pigment acid orange II in foods
.The electrochemical oxidation of Acid Orange II was carried out potentiostatically in a two-compartment cell separated by cation exchange membrane using RuO_2/Ti as anode.
.Their properties of photocatalytic decolorization of Orange II solutions were investigated under the irradiation with UV lamp(15W, λ max =254nm). Effects of pH and dosage of catalysts on the decolorization efficiency were studied.
.The process of adsorption kinetics and isothermal adsorption of anino-phenolic resin for Acid Orange II was investigated. The effects of various factors such as pH value, temperature and concentration of the dye on the adsorption behavior were also studied.
.Several model nonbiodegradable pollutants, such as Orange II , sulforhodamine B(SRB), 2,4-dichlorophenol(DCP), rhodamine B(RhB) and pentachlorophenol(PCP), as the target pollutants, was carried out to be photo-oxidated in this system. Several effects to the photo reaction was investigated by using the UV-Vis Spectrophotometer, Gas Chromatograph ,Total Organic Carbon, High Pressure Liquid Chromatograph, Ion Chromatagraph and Fluorescence Spectrum, and measured the rate of the mineralization, TON and life of the catalyst.
.British author Andrea Levy won the 2004 Orange Prize for Fiction June 8 with her story about Jamaican migration to London after World War II.
.Utilizing software and database like promoter 2.0, NNPP,EPD SPACE, we analyzed the up-stream sequence of the navel orange lycopene beta cyclase gene up to its TSS, found its possible location of promoter and RNA poly II binding site.
