2.The molecular structure of the main organicimpurity in COY 5 was determined by means of HPLC, TLC, MS, and HNMR. Meanwhile, the causes and mechnism of generating the impurity and the optimummethod to decrease the content of the impurityin COY 5 were indicated.
3.A method has been devised, using CaCl2 and organic solvent as precipitam, for the preparation of crude cellulase from the culture of Trichod erma koninqi P2. When precipitating impurity, the amount of 4% CaCl2 was added.
4.The effect of phase-contact time, water phase acidity, concentration of extractant and the presence of some impurity on the extraction of Pu (Ⅳ) and Am (Ⅲ) by 1-phenyl-3-methyl-4-benzoylpyrazolone-5 (PMBP) in organic solution from nitric acid solution has been studied.
