organic iodine
2.The kinetic behaviour of tetraiodofluorescein(TIF), rose bengel(RB) and 3,5-diiodo-L-tyrosine(3,5-DIT) to catalyze Sandell-Kolthoff reaction was studied. The results showed that the order of catalytic abilities of organic iodine-containing compounds mentioned above is 3,5-DIT>RB≈TIF. A new method for detecting the compounds by kinetic-oscillopolarography was described.
5.From a viewpoint of organic synthesis chemistry, the recent development and applications of molecular iodine as a catalyst in organic reactions including the formation and cleavage of common protecting groups, oxidation, reduction, cyclization, addition, substitution and rearrangement are reviewed.
7.Dynamic adsorption behaviours of pitch-based spherical activated carbon (PSAC) to polar/non-polar organic compounds(chloroform/benzene)in vapor phase and adsorption capacity of PSAC to Iodine in liquid phase were investigated. the adsorption behaviours of pitch-based activated carbon fiber(PACF)and common spherical-activated carbon were also investigated for compare.
