5.The result Show that optimum pH of the granulate sludge is 7.0—7.5 feed on formate and acetate, about 7.0 on butyrate, By comparing the metabolic rate of these substrates, the experiment proves that the metabolic rate of acetic acid is the limiting step in the course of degrading organic acid to methane by granulate sludge.
9.The results of the test showed that,after be acclimated,the glucose-fed aerobic granular sludge could rapidly adapt the brewery wastewater which mainly consisted with glucide organic pollutants,the difference of the conformation,biological activity of the sludge before and after the acclimation was not obvious,and the corresponding specific oxygen uptake rate were 41.90 and 39.54 g/(kg·h) respectively.
10.This paper investigates the removal effect of organic matters and nitrogen of inverted A2/O process at different HRT,DO,sludge return ratio and so on. The result showed that for the urban wastewater,the inverted A2/O process has more stronger removal effect with HRT 6 h and DO 3 mg/L ahead of aerobic area,DO 2 mg/L at the middle and rear of aerobic area,sludge return ratio 200%.
