2.The above problems are analyzed by using BSC, learning organization, equity theory, hierarchy of needs theory, etc. On the basis of the aforesaid analysis an improvement project for personal performance management is designed. The project includes many parts, such as building a all-sided goal system, training managers, meliorating appraisal rules for work outcome and work behavior, strengthening management in basic data for appraisal, diversifying the application of appraisal results.
