2.The first part of the thesis discusses about the general overall risk management theory of the commercial bank. By analyzing the implementing “The New Capital Agreement of Basel” and the bankoverall risk management theory, the thesis advances an opinion that the implementing new agreement actually is requiring that the commercial banks implement the overall risk management, which provides theoretical foundation for the state-owed commercial banks in our country implementing overall risk management.
4.A new concept of ERM (enterprise risk management) is introduced herein into the management of major construction project; which presents an objective, scientific, dynamic and perfect overall risk management system for modem major construction project with the feature of the management being made throughout the overall process of the construction for all risks with a complete organization based on the supports of ERM environment system, ERM object system, ERM process system and ERM method system.
