1.In response to it, an overhead traveling crane box-girder optimal design software is developed and use of this software can solve the material wasting problem well.
2.With reference to the cantilever erection of the continuous steel box girder of Zhuanxing Road Overhead Bridge crossing Shenfengjin Expressway in Shanghai, this paper mainly describes the application of PLC-controlled hydraulic sync jack-up system to the balanced cantilever erection of the box girder, closure construction of the girder at midspan, and the operation, control key points and corresponding technical requirements for application of the system.
3.This paper presents the design method for a long span concrete continuous girder bridge with precast segments, mixed arrangement of internal and external tendons, and to be constructed with cantilever erection by overhead launching gantry, and also discusses several issues of the type of the bridge in need of special considerations in aspect of design calculations and constructional design.
4.The main shuchural features of the new electric single-girder overhead travelling crane presented in this paper is as follows: Using a special gisder section to provide simple production technology and light weight; dopting hinged connection at one end between main glrders and end carrages instead of the rigid connection at both ends, eliminating the three-point supporting problem with the crane and thus improving the travelling perfomance; extending crane wheels life contributed to the combination of no-flange crane wheels and horizontal rollers.
