1.This paper studied the ingredient difference and dynamic turning brown processing on two crafts to product pineapple concentration juice, obtained main reasons causes the product turning brown, determined the essential craft to control turning brown, established simulation test to research mechanism of phenol oxidation polymerization, and selected resin adsorption method to control product browning.
2.The oxidation and polymerization for the system of triethylenedimethacrylate (TEGMA)-dimethyltoluidine (DMT),triethylenediacrylate (TEGA)-DMT, 2-hydroxypro-pylmethacrylate (HPMA)-DMT in the presence or absence of oxalic acid have been studied.
3.The total number of double bond was determined for six PVC samples. It was found that the total double bond content increased with increase in thermo-oxidation time. The results show that the total number of double bond of PVC samples after optimization of polymerization conditions was smaller than that of PVC samples during and before optimization.
