3.Results Pressure of artrial oxygen partial(PaO 2)and oxygenation index(PaO 2/FiO 2)were greatly improved, mean pulmonary arterial pressure (MPAP) and pulmonary vascular resistance(PVR) were greatly decreased during therapy.
4.Objective To explore the clinic value of oxygenation index(PO 2/FiO 2) and standing compliance (Cst) by placing 14 patient of acute lung injury (AI) on low tidal volume with positive end -expiratory pressure (PEEP) and mirroring PO 2/FiO 2 and Cst .
5.The arterial blood samples were collected for blood gases analysis immediately 20 minutes after two-lung ventilation (TLV) in the supine position after anesthesia (T1) and the end of operation (T2). The values of PaO2, PaCO2, pH and the inspired oxygen fraction (FiO2) were recorded and the values of oxygenation index (OI) were calculated respectively.
6.Methods:Ten patients of EHF with acute respiratory failure were treated with continuous hemodiafiltration for 12 hours each time,changes in blood urea nitrogen and creatinine,oxygen saturation,oxygenation index(PaO-2/FiO-2),respiratory rate,central venous pressure,mean arterial blood pressure and heart rate were measured before and after hemodiafiltration.
