1.We will strengthen basic education and consolidate and expand the achievements we have made in making nine-year compulsory education basically universal and eliminating illiteracy among young and middle-aged people in rural areas. We will pay particular attention to quickening the pace of making nine-year compulsory education universal in poverty-stricken areas and areas inhabited by ethnic minority groups.
2.Based on the statistic data of land use and interrelated social economic factors from 1996 to 2004 in Huangshi of Hubei Province, This paper analyzed the range and pace of land use change and its degree, and at the same time by making use of the analytical function of principal components of SPSS, analyzed the driving forces of land use change, and brought forward suggestions of land use of the city.
3.The paper comes up with the conclusion that the reform made to marital registration administration act is fundamentally attributed to the idea making the administration law from being administration-oriented to service-oriented, and right autonomy and power constraint, humane administration and standard procedure, which will be likely to serve as the pace-setter of future innovation to our national institution.
