1.In light of the "s?",a modal particle,and its regional features in Xinjiang Chinese dialect and Qinghai Chinese dialect,this paper holds that "s?", an Altaic element,comes with the migrating population and is spread to other regions,and is developed when contacted with varying linguistic elements.
