1.Although, the dynamic electronic commerce based on the third party registration mechanism has effectively solved the information-overloading problems, along with the increasing of registration scales, the soaring maintenance cost, the very big system expenses and the possible profession monopoly will increase the transaction cost;
2.This paper suggests to amend the administrative procedure law and enact the anti-monopoly law. Establishing judical review system will strengthen the actionability of administrative monopolization(specially the abstract administrative monopolization),and rectify the administrative illegal act,to provide full remedy method for the injured party.
