2.Based on analysis on the effect of roll contour and rolling technology for cold rolled silicon-steel sheet on control of transversal thickness of the sheet rolled by ZR3# Sendzimer Cold Strip Mill with working roll Φ63.5 mm× 1 180 mm, first intermediate rolls Φ102 mm and second intermediate rolls Φ173 mm at Wuhan Iron and Steel, the roll contour of ASU roller and reduction technology of 1～4 pass are readjusted and improved, that is, the given tension force for reduction is reduced and the upper working roll is modified to flat roll with taper at both end but the lower working roll is still to use 3% convex roll.
