2.The curing condition, heat-resistant and adhesive property of phenolic resin modified with silicone are studied with IR, DSC, TGA, shear strength and peel strength. It is proved that the thermosetting phenolic resin modified with silicone is good at heat-resistance,toughness,shear strength and dissolution property,which can be used as heat-resistant adhesive and matrix resin in airplane and aerospace industry.
4.The results show that the lap shear strength and T peel strength are maximum when the content of EEA is 11.1% , that the tensile strength reaches its highest point and the blend has satisfactory adhesion to the substrates of both PE and Fe when the content of EEA is about 35% , and that the low temperature flexibility of the blend can reach -30 ℃ when the content of EEA is beyond 50% .
7.Surface graft copolymerization of acrylic acid(AA) and Vinylpyrrolidone onto HDPE powder through ultraviolet as well as the structure and properties of the grafted HDPE were studied through FTIR, ESCA, SEM, AFM, UV spectrum, contact angle with water, peel strength, water absorption and particle diameter measurements.
8.The nonwoven fabric,cork paper and the vinylacetate/ethylene(VAE) emulsion are selected as raw materials,using the orthogonal design method to research the influence of the gelatinized quantity,the heating temperature,the heating time,the pressure and the number of the rollings to the peel intensity,the bending intensity and the strength intensity of the nonwoven fabric/cork paper composite product.
9.Shear strength, wood failure and boiling peel percentage one determined according to standard of JAS—601. Results show that final molar ratio of DFK resin and spread affected boiling peel percentage significantly, filler has no effect on it. More ideal parameters of cold—press process for bonding glulam with DFK resin are recommended in this paper.
10.A detailed introduction was made to the properties of the wet coated sand suitable for multi-station shell mould shooting machine; the development of a sort of high strength coated sand with low resin content: the shaping index and wetness adjusting process: analysis and prevention of peel back defect of shells made with overturning hopper process; test method of peel back resistance of coated sand: pinhole defect analysis of high Ni ductile iron shell mould castings and application of anti-pinhole coated sand.
