1.The effect of the mol ratio,temperature and time in the reaction on the percent conversion of sec octyl alcohol phosphorylating products and the content of the mono and di esters were studied by the phosphorylating agent of P2O5 and H3PO4.The surface tension,foam,cmc,moisten and anti amstatic of sec octyl alcohol phosphate ester polassium salt were determined.
2.The experimental results show that at the reactive conditions of 300℃~320℃,1.5Mpa~2.0Mpa,1.5~2.0(v./v./hr), the percent conversion of 1,2,4-trimethylbenzen is 38% with selectivity of 1,3,5-trimethylbenzen 70%. The catalyst has high catalytic activity and selectivity and the content of methylethylbenzene is not increased.
3.The experimental results showed that the percent catalytic conversion of NOx in analog flue gas reach 93% when the airspeed is 18000h-1.
4.As a result, the yield and the selectivity of NVP reached to 67 percent and 81 percent respectively under the controlled conditions and the conversion of NHP was 83 percent.
6.Results show that the thermal efficiency is usually over 40 percent and that the PV conversion efficiency is usually over 11 percent. Due to the change in the characteristic of building envelop,compared with the traditional concrete wall,the solar wall integrated with flat-box PV/thermal collectors obviously improves the indoor thermal condition,especially in summer and winter,reducing the cooling and heating load noticeably,and achieving an excellent effect on energy efficiency.
7.The optimum reaction conditions found were as follows:n(oleicacid) /n(pentaerythritol) was 4.1,w(p-toluene sulfonic acid)= 2%(upon mass percent of oleic acid),reaction temperature 160 ℃,reaction time 1h. In the optimum condition the conversion ratio of pentaerythritol was 98%.
8.The results indicate that the quantity of the chain transfer agent 2% the total quantity of cationic monomer is added when the copolymerization has been 40mins. The reaction product has the high conversion percent and better dissolving power.
9.If the solar radiation is 1 000 W/m2,the energy conversion efficiency will reach 1%,when the chimney height reaches 300 m,and it will surpass 3 percent when the chimney height reaches 1 000 m.
10.At the optimum condition, which is at normal pressure and temperature 175-185 ℃, in mole ratio of phenol to DMC of 3:1, in 2 weight percent of catalyst to DMC, in 9ml/h of DMC feed rate and for reation period of about 12 hours, the yield of DPC is 23.5%, methyl phenyl carbonate (MPC) yield is 47.89%, and the conversion of DMC is 82.4%.
