2.Article 71 No unit or individual may intrude the work of supervisory and checking personnel in supervision and checks made to roads, building control area of roads, parking lots and owners of vehicles.
3.Press ahead with the legal system building in the labor and social security fields, improve the labor and social security supervision system, steadily enhance the overall quality of supervision and law-enforcement personnel, carry out supervision activities of diverse forms, and push forward the organic integration of labor security supervision and law-enforcement departments with all social sectors in implementing legal supervision.
4.Article 34 The departments and personnel thereof conducting supervision and inspection on the accounting documents of the relevant units according to law shall have the obligation of keeping confidentiality of the State secret and commercial secret obtained in the process of supervision and inspection.
5.Article 46 Working personnel of advertising supervision and management organizations and advertisement administrative organs shall be given administrative punishments for committing dereliction of duty, abuse of their power to personal gains.
6.Article 37 Whoever hinders, by use of violence or threat, the performance of duty according to Law by personnel in charge of supervision over water and soil conservation shall be investigated for criminal responsibility according to law;
7.Article 30 Personnel in charge of supervision over water and soil conservation in the departments of water administration under the people's governments at or above the county level shall have the right to carry out on-the-spot inspection on the situations of soil erosion and the prevention and control thereof in areas under their respective jurisdiction.
8.Article 16. The accounting body and accounting personnel in various units may practise accounting supervision in their own units.
9.The commodity inspection authorities may, when necessary,dispatch inspection personnel to take part in such inspection and supervision.
10.Article 5 Accounting offices and accounting personnel shall conduct accounting practice and exercise accounting supervision in accordance with this Law.
