petroleum chromatography
.Determination of C_1~C_5 Composition of Liquefied Petroleum Gas byCapillary Gas Chromatography Couple with MS
.In particular, the composition of sulfonation products is determined by use of ASTM standard procedure,two-phase tit- ration, and high pressure liquid chromatography, and the carbon chain lenghth of alkyl groups in the prepared petroleum sulfonates—by combined chromatography-mass-spectrometry.
.A simple and rapid method has been developed for simultaneous determination of cholesterol and α tocopherol in eggs. The method involves alcoholic KOH saponification of the samples, extraction with petroleum ether, and determination by wide bore capillary gas chromatography.
.Sulfur compounds in desulfurized liquefied petroleum gas were separated and analyzed by large _ bore capillary gas chromatography with flame ionization detector-double photometric detector as well as GC-MS. 17 kinds of sulfur compounds were identified.
.Application of ion exchange chromatography in petroleum analysis——separation of basic nitrogen compounds in gas oil by resin No. 52
.3.Isolation, purification and identification of compounds with acaricidal activity in Eugenia Caryphyllata: The exact of petroleum ether was separated into 6 parts(A,B,C,D,E and F) by silica gel column chromatography with gradually increasing polarity of petroleum ether: ethyl acetate. The part C was demonstrated to be the most effective part by acaricidal activity test in vitro, and the time for it to kill all experimental mites was about 20 min.
.Then it was extracted with the petroleum ether and through the column of Florisil acidic siliceous earth in series, and determinated by wide bore capillary (OV 101 30m 0.53 mm) gas chromatography with electron capture detector.
.We got 4 parts from the extraction of Astragalus variabilis Bunge through systemic research ways of phytochemistry, which respectively are the part of petroleum ether, the part of petroleum ether, the part of EtOA and the part of n-BuOH the part of n-BuOH are isolated by the successively methods of Silica-gel Column Chromatography, TLC and sublimation.
.Thin layer chromatography-spectrophotometry was utilized to determine β-carotene in Bidens bipinnata L. extracted with the mixture of petroleum ether-acetone (7∶3, V∶V ). Precision, veracity and stability were studied experimentally.
.A new method for the purification of the new triazene reagents by thin layer chromatography(TLC) method (Silica gel as adsorbent, Cyclohexane: Petroleum ether: Ethyl acetate = 2∶2∶1 as developer)is reported in this paper.
