1.The effects of osthol and TCR on the immunological function of the KYD mice were observed. The results showed that compare with those in normal mice,the percentage of phagocytosis and the index of macrophage phagocytosis,the level of serum hemolysin and the proliferation of lymphocytes lowered significantly(P<0.01)in model mice.
2.TSG inhibited the synthesis of PGE2 and formation of MDA (P<0.05), and elevated the activity of SOD (P<0.05) in abdominal exudates caused by acetic acid. TSG extract strengthened the function of engulfing Congo Red and enhanced the index of phagocytosis of carbon mote in mice（P<0.05）. It also stimulated the proliferation of mouse spleen lymphocyte induced by ConA.
