1.Methods:The 928 cases with torticollis in children were treated with orthopedic frame,made by ourself,rather than plaster immobilization and 820 cases with myogenic of them were operated. the lower end of affected sternocleidomastoid muscle was cut off and removed about 1.5 cm to 3 cm,then the head,neck and thorax were fixed in an over correction position.
