1.By MD simulations and theoretical calculations of four different TATB-based fluorine-polymer (PVDF, F_(2311), F_(2314) and PCTFE) PBXs, the following conclusions can be drawn. Fluorine-polymer binder can improve the mechanical property of base explosive but weaken its detonation heat and velocity.
2.It seems that samples,obtained by water suspension method is more insensitive than that of samples by solution suspension method. Using polymer P845 as binder,in the existence of lecithin and OT as SFT,value of h_(50) of samples obtained is 41.8 cm and 36.2 cm separately by solution suspension method.
4.The results indicate that the morphology of the explosive before and after aging changes exiguously, while the samples contacted with polymer change obviously. Growth of particle size, the disappearance of explosive-binder interface can be found from the morphology of the aged samples.
6.The infrared component (carborundum board , carborundum camp ) of carborundum , is used in the paint , food , medicine , print and dye the fabric extensively, binder, it is dry for integrated circuit to wait for, heat outside send out infrared electromagnetic wave organic matter in the course of heating far, high polymer and moisture son after drawing , produce member and atom resonance , make the object hot.
