2.Using polymer blending a two-component modified polyvinyl butyral(PVB) adhesive was compounded from polyvinyl butyral as the main raw material,ethanol and ethyl acetate as the solvents,phenolic resin as the modifying resin,epoxy resin as the tackifier and a self-made polyamine as the curing agent. It is a colorless and transparent,environment friendly and room temperature curable adhesive.
3.Six different PP/talc/polymer ternary fill-blending systems in which the blending systems with six different polymers-EVA, HDPE, LLDPE, PS, CPE and ACR were formed. The notched impact strength, tensile strength, break elongation, tensile modulus of elasticity, ball indentation hardness, molding shrinkage and melt flow speed of these systems were studied.
5.Abstract: Positron spectroscopy is a new and sensitive microanalytical probe for characterization of polymer microstructures.We report recent advances in this area,including studies on the free volume properties,structural transition,miscibility of blending polymers,physical aging,doping of functional polymers,interfacial interaction of multiphase polymers,etc.
