1.The stereodiblock 1,4- 1,2 - polybutadiene and 1,2 -1,4-polybutadiene with different molecular weights ,block ratio and 1,2 -content were synthesized by using high molecule design of anionic polymerization of butadiene with n-BuLi as initiator ,cyclohexan as solvent , dipiperidinoethane(DPE)as first regulator and zinc diethyl (ZnEt2)as second regulator . The design data was in good agreement with the determination data .
2.This article discussed the effect of 2-(β-dimethylamino-ethyl)ether(DAE)usedas regulator on micro-structure of product obtained by anionic polymerization of butadiene initiated by n-BuLi in hexane.
3.We have synthesized demulsifier of acrylic acid series with method of copolymerization, and studied the factors of influence for reaction as to temperature, dosage of solvent, time, dosage of monomer, dosage of solicitation, dosage of pH regulator, have or not polymerization inhibitor.
4.1,2-polybutadiene(1,2-PB) of 100% 1,2-configuration and stereodiblock 1,2- 1,4-polybutadiene ( 1,2- 1,4-PB ) were synthesized with dipiperidino-ethane ( DPE ) as regulator for anionic polymerization, n-BuLi as initiator and cyclohexane as solvent.
5.To obtain special structure polybutadiene, the block 1,2 1,4 PB and 1,2 1,4 1,2 PB were synthesized by using method of high molecule design. The regulator zinc diethyl(ZnEt 2) was first used on anionic polymerization systems of n BuLi Bd cyclohexane of n BuLi DPE(or TMEDA) Bd cyclohexane at home.
6.The results showed that the conversion of SBR 1500 could reach to(70±2)% within 12 h with the same properties as conversion(62±2)% without changing the kinds and specification of SBR 1500 raw material by using the following reaction conditions:the amount of oxidant and aid-reductant were 110%,reductant was 100%; the mass ratio of initial amount to addition amount of molecular weight regulator was 100/20,addition time was at polymerization beginning(2 h,) the initial amount of electrolyte was 110%~115%,the mass ratio of butadiene to styrene was(72.0/(28.0)~)(72.5/27.5),the total amount of emulsifier was 110%,the addition amount of emulsifier was 10% and addition time was at polymerization beginning 2 h.
