1.Methods:49 intestinal biopsy specimens were taken from patients with carcinoma of the colon and rectum and 25 adenomatous polyp,20 normal intestinal mucosal for controls ,the expression of COX-2 and BFGF,BFGFR were detected by immunohistochemical staining(SP method).
