3.Conclusion The rectum and the sigmoid colon are the main invasive sites of polypus, inflammation, ulcer and tumors.
4.Staphylococcus and Bacillus in two kinds of Chinese bacon are separated and characterized. The results show that the predominant species in traditional Chinese bacon are Staphylococcus carnosus and Bacillus sub tills.
5.Results:78 LC were performed,among whom 55 cases were completed under 3 000 meters elevation,23 at 3 000 to 4 500 meters elevation,and 16 cases suffered from acute inflammation(acute cholecystitis or chronic cholecystitis acute episode),3 cases were chronic atrophic cholecystitis(cholecystolithiasis),and 59 cases had chronic cholecystitis(cholecystolithiasis or polypus).
6.To study the changes of the plasma levels of adrenocorticotrophic hormone(ACTH) and β-endophin (β-EP) in traumatic reaction in patients undergoing cholecystectomy, we determined the levels of the ACTH and β-EP contained in plasma by IRMA and RIA in 40 patients with cholecystic stone and polypus in the hospital, and at the same time discussed the relation between them.
