2.After polyphenol oxidase(PPO) was extracted from potato with the acetone powder method,or buffer solution method,it was purified in the ways of ammonium sulfate precipitation,column chromatography and the combination of two methods,and the effects of different conditions on the activity of PPO were studied in this paper.
