1.The properties,performance and modification mechanism of redieperable polymer powder are introduced.Application of redispersible polymer powder such as architecture putty,self flowing floor material,external thermal insulation composite systems,cement and concrete composites,ceramic tile adhesive and VOC-free powder coatings are emphasized.
2.Based on the existing tantalum and niobium acid hydrolysis, the decomposition rate of Ta_2O_5 and Nb_2O_5 is increased from (72.3)% and 73.6% up to>97% with satisfactory results with smaller powder particle size,more acid consumption and longer heat insulation time,etc.
3.Also the comparison withtraditional dust cores was carried out. The experimental results show that the powder cores having 80 meshes with 1 % (mass fraction) organic insulation exhibit stable permeability of 85 up to 1 MHz, a maximum level 65 of Q at frequency of 100 kHz with 8% (mass fraction) organic insulation, and 102 mW·cm-3 core loss at f= 50 kHz and Bm = 50 mT.
