2.The uniform accounting system of the State refers to the system concerning accounting practice, accounting supervision, accounting offices and accounting personnel as well as administration of accounting work which are formulated by the financial department of the State Council in accordance with This law.
3.The promulgation and implementation of the Audit Law has formed the basic framework of audit legal system and conducted the practice of audit supervision into a legalized track.
4.Relevant departments of the State Council may, in accordance with this law and the uniform accounting system of the State,formulate specific measures or supplementary provisions for the implementation of the uniform accounting system of the State applied in the sectors which have specific requirements for accounting practice and accounting supervision,and submit them to the financial department of the State Council for examination and approval.
5.Article 5 Accounting offices and accounting personnel shall conduct accounting practice and exercise accounting supervision in accordance with this Law.
7.Presently, the practice of CFO could be divided into two types: Pure Supervision and Managerial Supervision.

10.Third, the Party must conscientiously and systematically study the work and problems of the state organs so as to be able to make correct, practical and specific proposals concerning state affairs or revise these proposals promptly in the light of actual practice, and it must also exercise constant supervision over the work of state organs.
