1.Through chemical vapor reaction (CVR) method, namely infiltrating silion vapor into pores of profabricated part, then directly reacting with carbon to form silicon carbide at high temperature, the oxidation resistance of carbon-carbon composite with various initial density and prefabricated part structure can be improved. The density change and microstructure of carbon-carbon composite were studied, and the oxidation resistance of carbon-carbon composite measured static oxidation tests.
