1.The preparatory construction stage is to mainly complete the necessary off-line project and off-set utilities which include the project department、site selection of producing yard and mixing plant、temporary land expropriation、construction of pioneer road and access road in material yard, to put the relationships with local people in order, to create the good conditions for the entrance of large-scale mechanical devices and workers.
