1.The author describes technique main points of styrofoam board construction for cast-in -situ concrete exterior wall outer thermal insulation of highrise building in such aspects as construction preparation, technological process, styrofoam insulation board bonding, anchor fixing ,sticking and pressing of grid clothing, finish mortar and so on, and points out problems needing attention.
2.Through the analysis on the side holes piercing technology for the U-shaped part, the structure of the piercing and word-pressing compound die for the U-shaped part was introduced. The main points for designing the punch for piercing the side holes in the U-shaped part were put forward.
