2.[Results] The rates of CatB expression in primaryfoci and normal colon mucosa were 51.3%, 26.9% respectively. And the rates of FasL expression were 43.6%, 19.2% respectively.
3.Results： The frequency of mdm- 2 gene amplification was higher in metastasis lymphnodus (57.1％ ) than that in primary carcinoma foci(37.5％ ). The mdm- 2 amplification was detected in 3 specimens of lymph micro- metastasis foci.
4.The earliest lesions in the kidney are multiple tuberculous foci in the cortex, the result of haematogenous spread from a primary focus in the lymph nodes of the neck, mediastinum or abdomen.
