5.The results showed that the best technical process and recipes were as follows: 2% arabic gum,2% gelatine and evening primrose oil were mixed and emulsified for two minutes in the conditions of pH 7.00 and 80 ℃,and were coacervated for 30 minutes at pH 4.00~4.50,and were solidified at 4 ℃. Finally The microcapules were centrifugalized and dried.
