1.Japan and America are two countries which developed information education early. While focusing on information technology in education, they pay great attention to information ethics education that has enhanced students to obey network rules and netiquette, protect privacy , prevent computer crime and other education, that is to say to make each problem of information society "provide against possible trouble" through internalizing the new moral standards within heart of each child.
