2.Within 862 institutions,a stratified random sample of 432 public and private universities offering Research/Doctoral programs(extensive-,intensive-)and Master programs(I,II)were selected for the study. 864 self-designed surveys were directly sent to an administrator and a professor of sampled institutions via emails,and 561 surveys were returned through self-designed computer program "Internet survey data gathering system" or by emails.
7.For the managers in private enterprises, the most useful way is to satisfy the need of relatedness and growth, establishing the long-term relationship and commitment between enterprises and employee, offering greater opportunities of promotion and increasing ability, involving them into the management decisions.
