1.On the basis of the practice of international shipping and maritime law, this article dwells on Dutch Act Containing some Provisions of Private international Law with Respect to Maritime Law and inland Waterway Law, 1993 which relates to the proper law on mortgage of ships, maritime lien, contract of carriage of goods by sea and collision.
