1.Results Total effective rate in short time was 85%,including CR(completely relieved)15%(3/20),PR(partial relieved)70%(14/20),NC(no respone)10%(2/20),PD(progressive disease)5%(1/20).
2.Results Total proteolytic rate in the EDL muscle increased slightly at 2 and 6 h after administering endotoxin into the peritoneal cavity, and no significant difference at 12 and 24 h was observed. There was a progressive increase of 155% and 220% in myofibrillar proteolytic rate at 2 and 6 h, and 40% at 12 h, respectively, as compared with that of the normal controls.
