1.We will not be liable for any delays in delivery due to causes beyond our control or due to act of God, fire, strike, flood, epidemics, quarantine restriction, war, insurrection or not, civil or military authority, act of Government, freight embargo, delay in transport, unusually severe weather, or default of a supplier of sub-contractor.
2.Note:N0.1 Pilotage and Quarantine Anchorage and the Shelter Anchorage are available for vessels of less than 500 gross tonnage or those approved by the competent authority; N0.2 Pilotage and Quarantine Anchorage is for all vessels; Tanker Cargo-oil Transferring Anchorage is only for tankers carrying out oil transferring operations.
3.Experimental animals that are likely to be infected shall undergo emergency preventive inoculations. Strict sterilization measures shall be taken for areas inside and outside the feeding and breeding room and the case shall be reported to the higher authority for the administration of experimental animals and to the local animal quarantine and epidemic prevention unit so that emergency preventive measures shall be taken to prevent the spread of the disease.
