quenching test
.We aus-tenitize . 30 Cr Mn Si Ni 2A steel specimens at various temperatures (810-1200℃), subject the specimens to martempering or lower barnite-quenching respectively and test them to determine their conventional mechanic properties and fracture toughness. The heat-treated specimens are observed with metallograph and the broken fracture of the specimens are examined with macrograph and scanning electronic microscope.
.Welding quenching & backfire high - speed steel and spring steel Using laser beam, analyzed microstruc-ture, microhardness and fracture for some different welding techniques by using metallography microscope, Scanning electron microscopy and bending strength test, discussed the relation of welding seam structure transformation and welding seam strength and its part conduct.
.The effect of eight types of quenching process and four types of tempering on hardness of pre-hardened 3Cr2MnNiMo steel has been researched, Hardness difference between surface and core of pre-hardened heavy die block of 3Cr2MnNiMo steel has been analysed and estimated on the basis of obtained test data.
.The test of 50--650℃ Coffin model thermal-fatigue has been made, usingnotched plate specimen of the hot-working tool steels 3Cr2W8V and 4Cr5MoSiV1after quenching and tempering, It was shown that the specimens appeared plasticcompression strain with the temperature increasing and elastic tensil strain withthe temperature decreasing.
