3.The magnetic field distribution of cusp magnetic field in the single crystal furnace was analyzed and simulated by using the finite element method. The results show that the component of magnetic field, B_x, in r-axes direction increases linearly with increase of radial distance, and the maximal B_x is located in a narrow area abutting on the wall of crucible, which is ±20mm distance from the center of coil.
