5.Load and restriction are analyzed for slceve barrel of injection pump in a dicscl. A finite clement mechanical model is presented for calculation of the stresses and displacements of barrel by using three-dimensional isoparametric clement with 8~ 21 nodes, and the stress distributions and radial displacement arc dealt with.
6.To ensure the charging pump working reliably, the following measures should be adopted: (1) adopting modified circular casing to reduce the radial force of the impeller and decrease the seal clearance; (2) using radical ribs on impeller and helical sealing on shaft to realize minor pressure differential; (3) using back pressure stuffing box to ensure sealing under small packing force; (4) adopting self-lubricant flexible graphite stuffing for absorption of solids entering in the graphite in case of leaking.
