Methods After the human dermal fibroblasts were irradiated by UVA (radiant intensity: 1.905×10 -3 J/m 2), the amount of cellular reactive oxygen species (ROS), activities of cellular superoxide dismutase (SOD) and glutathione peroxidase (GSH px) were detected with biochemical methods; mitochondria membrane potential (ΔΦ M) with flow cytometry; ultrastructure of fibroblasts with electron microscope.
6.An numerical method was developed for measuring radiant temperature using a set of absorption -foils coupled to soft x ray streak camera, SXRSC, in laser plasma experiments. An numerical code, SCC, was given. An x -ray intensity ratio vs temperature was calculated for Parylene, C3H6, Formvar, Mylar and Aluminum.
10.The test results indicate: the technology can intensity heat transfer, increase the selectivity and yield of ethylene and propylene, decrease coke deposit or prolong the run time of radiant coil, or increase 10 percent of the capacity of cracking heater, if it can be widely used in industry cracking heater, the benefit would be very high.
