1.Analysis of reproducibility was done by the Kappa statistics shearman’s rank correlation analysis of clinical and laboratory and radiological changes showed:CT sacroiliac joint erosion and sclerosis correlated negatively with ankylosis(r=-0.57～-0.43;P<0.05) while ankylosis score correlated positively with plain radiography of lumbar spine and sacroiliac joint score(r=0.59～0.70;P<0.01).
