1.This paper applies the non-linear extension synthesis assessment method to city road crosses system rank assessment and municipal road quality synthesis assessment separately, and assesses them in different methods ,and gets better results. Comparing with traditional assessment methods, such as gray correlated degree evaluation and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation (FCE method), the results suggest that this method can better reflect the rank of city road crosses system and the degree of municipal road quality, and the assessment is more objective, more rational.
