4.AIM:To establish recombinant HEK29316 cell strain expressing chimera receptor EpoR/LR-F3/HAb18GEF via site-specific integration expression system.
7.ResultsThe saturation experiments of Torpedo electric organ N-AChR resulted in a Scatchardplot of hyperbola which responded to the model of two kinds of receptor with on eli-gand. The difference of and B max between high affinity binding site and low affnitybineing site was significant. The dissaciation experiment showed that the fast dissocia-tion rate of tow ligands was 500 times more than that of the slow dissociation rate.
10.RESULTS: Two subtypes of muscarinic receptor binding sites, ie, high and low affinity sites with K d of 51 pmol·L -1 and 689 pmol·L -1 in normal gastric mucosa and 40 pmol·L -1 and 1694 pmol·L -1 in gastric ulcer, respectively. K d value of low affinity binding site in gastric ulcer was remarkably higher than that in the normal gastric mucosa.
