3.This paper presents an study on the interior orientation techniques in computer vision, and proposes a collimation mark recognition algorithm which applies to practicality images on barycenter of symmetrical figure.
4.(1) When, in accordance with the law of a country of the Union, the assignment of a mark is valid only if it takes place at the same time as the transfer of the business or goodwill to which the mark belongs, it shall suffice for the recognition of such validity that the portion of the business or goodwill located in that country be transferred to the assignee, together with the exclusive right to manufacture in the said country, or to sell therein, the goods bearing the mark assigned.
5.This paper introduces the design principle and the method to realize of Computer Vote System with OMR (Optical Mark Recognition) which collects data from card. It shows the frame and functions of this software.
